What a horrible group of people.

Pros

Nice office building. 10% off discount on food. If you keep to yourself it's almost bearable. Great job if you're lazy.

Cons

Management is uneducated and lacks vision. The company is so behind the times it's embarrassing. This might be the largest sampling of white entitlement, sexism, classism and blatant wealth disparity I've ever seen in one company. And management honestly seems to think they're doing something right. Everyone hates them.

Pros

Just nothing at all period

Cons

The most worse group of people and company to work for. They have no ethics in working with the drivers. They put on a act at first and you are basically nothing to the company. Not once I heard drive safe in the stressful Los Angeles driving environment. Once one of the dispatch told me to drive without a license since I have forgotten it in the front security desk. Are you serious? Their favorite words are I'll hook you up with an order lol. Trust me just stay away.

Pros

Only pro is flexible hours, but you have to work a Friday and a Saturday night shift.

Management doesn't know how to be a manager, they are rude and disrespectful to the drivers, they don't listen to you, if you try and give them suggestions to improve how things are done, they will completely ignore you and treat you as if you have no idea what you’re talking about Most of the dispatch people have no clue what they are doing, they don’t listen to the drivers either, are rude and disrespectful as well. There are a couple good ones that are nice and know what they are doing, but they don't seem to last long. The pay is so sporadic, it’s hard to determine what you’re going to make. One day the dispatchers may give you a bunch of great calls with good tips and you can make $120+ working all day and the next day if they are in a bad mood or just don’t care you can make $50.00 if you’re lucky working all day. I got stiffed on 3 deliveries in two days and dispatch and management didn’t care at all. When I would call to try and find out what was going on all they would say is why do you care about the money. Well….ummm hello how do they expect me to put gas in my own car, pay my rent and other bills. Do they think I am just doing this for fun. We aren’t paid hourly, we only get our tips and a portion of the delivery fee.
