Pros

Not much to say about the pros. It is an old school architecture firm that is close to the suburbs.

Cons

I have never worked in such a shockingly unprofessional and negative environment. C-Level executives constantly tell you that you are easily replaceable and worthless. Senior project managers explode with anger at random times. Management expects you to improve your drafting and understanding how to build a building, yet they don't actually teach or mentor. I felt like scum of the earth when I left, only to become a top performer at a top architecture firm. The salaries are extremely low and practically unlivable in the Bay Area. Holidays are meager - a day for Christmas and a half day for Christmas Eve. No Christmas bonuses, nor a review or a raise after a year.
