Pros
They have some lovely people on the team and an amazingly beautiful campus
Cons
The work culture at LCI is very toxic and this is due to the managment and clashes between Canadian counter parts. The work load is way more than the pay offered. The higher management does not even live upto their words and displays very toxic corporate culture which is heavy on money and profits rather than people.

Friendly colleagues, interesting projects, creative atmosphere. Students are committed and friendly.
Cons
Canadian management is distant, rude and unprofessional. Many people made redundant over 18 months, especially those who challenged the CEO's ideas or were suddenly considered dispensable after seeing through big projects. Workload is too high, with more work pushed on busy people. Salaries are very low compared to other education places. A culture of belittling, bullying, racism and sexism - a lot of it out in the open.
