If someone has an offer from this company, keep it as a last. resort. I am going to list the reasons below. : - As soon as you sign the contract and join, you have nowhere to go and that's when the real torture starts. - The salary payouts happen on mid of the month ie. 15. days delay. - The owner emotionally abuses and openly shouts at the employees. - Two cases of termination happened while I was onboard. Owner terminated the contracts on WhatsApp without prior intimation. Reason : Their behaviour and style of work did not align with him. They owner is very controlling in nature and bad tempered. Example : being too friendly with other coworkers etc. - The owner is a narcissist person who thinks he can run the company alone along with his friends. There's no HR in place and the HR is his girlfriend. Basically zero grievance support. - If you are going to resign always put a letter or email first and only then have the talk or else they will straight away give you a termination letter which may hamper your career. - The working hours are very hectic. They owners are lazy and always chilling in their cabins or roaming around. They expect the employees to come on time and they come during lunch time. This leads to delay in every process, resulting in extended and late working hours. - Forget that you will have a personal life if working here. The emotional abuse and trauma for the menial salary doesn't do justice to working at such a place. -They have zero work ethics and they don't care about delivering to their customers once they come onboard. To sum it up : This place will damage you in every possible way. There are many agencies to work with. Choose wisely.

Where should I begin: Horrible work environment – It's toxic and draining. The three founders are a nightmare to work with. They show no respect, and professionalism is non-existent in this company. Forced to work on national holidays – You're expected to be in the office or face pay cuts if you refuse. Unfair penalties – If you're late by just 10 minutes three times in a month, they deduct half a day's pay. On top of that, salaries are delayed – you’re paid 45 days after working, not 30. Their reasoning? To prevent employees from leaving with their rightful pay. High turnover – No one stays long. Most employees leave within six months of joining.
