Pros

There is no pros to talk about.

Cons

Attended the interview and was offered. Agreed to the offer and the CEO attempted to bargain down the pay when 3 days into the job. Letter of offer was not even signed. Left after 3 days.

Pros

Disclaimer: I'm an executive level staff, not management, and I'm leaving this honest review on my own accord to correct the unfair fake reviews which I don't agree with, likely left by previous bad management and staff who were asked to leave. After a group of bad management had all left, the current LDR now directly led by our well respected CEO, is thriving and highly cohesive and positive with much higher autonomy for all 30+ of us remaining entry-executive level staff, resulting in more passion and morale to work effectively than before. I can also tell the previous slanderous review is likely left by our ex Dir.Sales who left the sour review blaming the co and products after being asked to leave in July for not achieving any targets. Since then, LDR has continued expanding and hired wonderful new colleagues who have all been a blessing to work with, and work for. There are also other professional long term staff like myself who have likewise grown with LDR for many years and are fully aligned with the direction set by the CEO. Now, for the REAL Pros in my opinion: 1. Safe environment that encourages innovation, flexibility, and creative new ideas. 2. Non bureaucratic, autonomous environment with trust and responsibility given to us to work in small focused groups or independently. Especially after aforementioned group of bad management have all left! 3. Plenty of work life balance. Unlike the fake review below, we are not expected to work overtime at all, unless voluntarily. All 40 seats are usually empty by 7pm. 1 hour flexible hours (9-6 or 10-7) applies to everyone. 4. Stable, growing company that's hiring and reaching overseas. 5. Meaningful and impactful work and CSR. 6. Ethical leadership - highly respected and popular CEO, who is passionate, humble, constructive, appreciative, and has a genuine desire to do good and bring people together to better society and transform edu-tech and tourism through LDR. There, my honest and free-will review as I came to notice the below reviews which I don't agree with at all. Don't believe me, just ask any of the other 30+ full time employees at LDR! We may not be blood related but still like a big family.

Cons

Top management can be overly idealistic and selfless, seemingly struggles to walk away or bargain for higher profitability and occasionally takes on too many projects.
