Work from home opportunities, decent salary, 3 weeks PTO to start, nice office in Center City Philadelphia.

Cons

This is a small leasing firm started by family members. Every department has one of the family members in it and they report about what is going on every sunday at the famed "sunday dinners". It's like having a someone looking over your shoulder every time you make a mistake. If a mistake is made, you can bet that the owner and CEO (who are brothers) are going to hear about it.

Pays very well if you work hard. Casual, friendly environment, the Vice President of Sales in California is very handsome too. Bonus!!

Cons

Long hours to be successful. Work on a computer all day. Get up early.
