      Unstaffed. Underresourced. Underperforming

      Pros

      The kids and camaraderie between the few Clinicians who want to better this place.

      Cons

      Basic supplies are constantly low or out. PTO (Sick, vacation, personal, etc.) is limited and many expected days off or unpaid or work days (Indigenous People's Day, Juneteenth, Wednesday Before Thanksgiving). A workload that continues to increase and far surpasses what is manageable in a day to the point you are constantly playing catch-up and/or working additional unpaid hours to get caught up. Management/office staff has no diversity and makes no attempt to remedy this. Problems regarding staff and children are consistently swept under the rug.

      Pros

      Leep is a great place to work to gain experience in the ABA field. The set up that mimics a pre-school makes the environment feel laid back.

      Cons

      There are so many cons working here. If I could warn all of the potential employees I would. Management severely underpays their employees, communication lacks completely, and they continuously prove they don't care about retaining staff. Turnover is so high here and it seems there's a group of people that get preferential treatment over others and are the only ones who have been there for longer than a year.

      Great experience if you want to work in the Autism field.

      Cons

      Management. They do not care about their employees... anytime there is discourse they throw a pizza party and think that how to handle it.
