Bleeding edge of secondary battery manufacturing, Opportunities to work in high volume cleanroom environment advanced manufacturing. Part of a very niche industry so experience is valued.
Cons
Long work hours and high/unrealistic output expectations. Culture of finger pointing when issues arise, extreme lack of accountability. Cycle beating and manual data manipulation to hit managements targets.
