- Smart, international team members who genuinely care about the product - Interesting technical challenges and exposure to Web3 integrations - Flexibility and autonomy at the individual level
Cons
- Leadership is ego-driven - C-level lacks transparency and accountability - Repeated broken promises around compensation, structure, and career growth - Burnout is common; support is performative, not structural - Leadership has, at times, crossed professional boundaries which raises serious concerns about psychological safety and organizational maturity

I have been enjoying my journey at LI.FI since my first interview. I am proud of my teammates and thrilled to have the opportunity to learn from them, grow, and do what I love in such an exciting industry!
