      Still some nice people around. Location.

      Cons

      Mediocre and egotistical. People constantly living. Not solid and distracted in useless initiatives. Self-centered and pyramidal management. Career progression or survival depends on your capacity to please management team style.

      People are ok Location in Soho is good

      Work is very dry One main account which props up the agency. Seems shaky. Creative is dull and not challenging. Changes promised don't arrive. Needs creative overhaul. Nothing runs to time and too many people with unimportant opinions get involved and delay work unnecessarily. Most don't know what they're talking about. Creative direction lacking. Over promotions are slightly ridiculous in the company overall, too. Always changing leads and direction in the business. Senior team appear disconnected
