There are no pros as this company only take advantage of staff and treat all the staffs as their slaves

The company is providing only 10days annual leave and will not be paying any of the pro-rated leave if you resign before probation. Besides that, the probation is 6 months. Within these 6 months, you will be involving in tons of office politics and hanky panty behavior by the top management. Other than that, the top management like to shout at the staff in rude word in front of all the staffs (worse than shouting a dog). I been literally shouted as rubbish, loser with tons of rude words in front of everyone. There is 0 guidance from top management but wanting you to 'ONLY FOLLOW INSTRUCTION'. You are not allowed to ask but only follow even though the instruction is not making sense. The boss is a sweet talker by promising 'growing together' etc but actually this is not even happening. The top management only like to hear good word, if you are telling the 'truth' which is bad to hear. They will hate it and force you to resign, e.g., employ new staff to replace and shouted you every day. However, if you are 'hiding the bad News' and eventually company faced losses, you are to be blamed and force to resign.
