-Mike Seymour the CEO regularly deducted money from employees salary for their “pensions” however he didn’t set them up or pay the money into the pension accounts- he stole it. -Mike Seymour the CEO regularly deducted student loan from employees salary however did not pay this money to student loan companies - HE STOLE IT. -Mike Seymour regularly withheld pay , paying late and taking illegal deductions. -Mike Seymour is a narcissistic bully, regularly firing people illegally- e.g. asking for pension money that has been stolen from your pay check, he felt offended that he was being called a thief (which he of course is) employee was fired. -Mike Seymour is the laziest toad in the world. He never works on the business, he surrounds himself with hilariously iconic books on business, then doesn’t read them, he comes in to the office for the odd hour or so over the week and claims to have worked till 3am and over the weekend.. total lies, reception staff of the building told us as much. -Mike Seymour is an idiot and uses clips from “The wolf of wall street” as the only sales training he gives. Yes, that’s correct, the film with Leonardo Dicaprio impersonating a drugged up criminal that lost everything he had because he was conducting so much of his business ILLEGALLY.... ring any bells to another CEO we’ve been talking about?? 😂 -Mike Seymour treats all landlords APPALLINGLY, deducting money from their payments left, right and centre. He NEVER EVER pays his landlords on time and half of what the employees have to do at the company is handle angry calls from landlords who have not been paid their rent. -Mike Seymour actively flouts the law on HMO licensing, he will take any size flat and turn the living room into a bedroom, despite the landlord asking them not to. This is against HMO licensing laws and leaves the landlord vulnerable- but the landlord will have no clue! When a landlord wanted to see their property, LIFENEST hired a van, removed the bed from the living room, put it back together and then when the landlord left, they replaced the bed. Awful liars. -Mike Seymour hires “interns” and doesn’t pay them more than £100 a week- if they’re lucky. He promises them big salaries and titles if the promise to work really hard, they of course do, then at the end of the three months, they’ll be told they didn’t work hard enough to earn a full time role at the company. Then he will get a new batch of interns in to do some more work for free. It’s employment slavery and is illegal. -Mike Seymour writes hilariously inaccurate and fake job descriptions where he promises a travel card, a gym membership and bonuses!! He has never ever given one employee a travel card, a gym membership or a bonus- this is all completely false. False advertising is illegal. -Mike Seymour regularly asks employees to work late and not take a lunch break- he will not pay over time or give you this time back in lieu- illegal. -Mike Seymour made up payslips for the company cleaner that cleans the rental houses... he was not paying any tax- illegal. -Mike Seymour fraudulently stole furlough money, making employees come to work in the office (despite there being a pandemic on), told them he was furloughing them, but continued to make them work whilst he claimed furlough payments for them. -Mike Seymour lives in a dream world and regularly states that the company is opening in New York, LA, Hong Kong, Sydney, he also states they’re making millions a year... a very quick check on companies house will tell you that their earnings are FAR below a million!! 😂 -Mike Seymour is a compulsive liar and happily tells people that they’ll get promotions, bonuses, cars, the company will open in America, he told everyone he had a red Ferrari... he doesn’t. He is an embarrassing human being. -There are currently several court cases being brought against LIFENEST and Mike Seymour personally. -SAVE YOURSELF NOW- DO NOT BELIEVE THE LIES, DO NOT START WORK HERE!!! -All positive reviews on here are written by management- he also asks people to write good reviews for him and withheld payment until they did so. He is a pathetic, desperate criminal.
