Culture is old fashioned along with several members being 20 years in the same company. Sounds like a tech company but definitely is not there.

Nice working environment, interesting projects, ability to learn and develop skills, nice colleagues, salary on time, excellent owner

Cons

The MD should be replaced immediately, poor management skills, non existing people skills, belittles people to promote himself, promotes his girlfriend at any opportunity.
