      The other review is correct unless you are kissing up to the management you will not get anywhere. They are very discriminative. Especially the Vice President. If he doesn’t like the way you look or if you are older in age your job will never be secure, IF you even get hired. It’s not about what you know, it’s about how much you kiss up to the right person.

      I've been working at Lindsayca since 2016 and I've had the privilege to witness the constant growth it's had. We focus on continual improvement and one of the things that I value the most is the open doors work environment, you can freely speak with anyone from upper management and all suggestions and ideas are always considered and heard. We're a huge family here, but I specially consider as one of my own, each of my team members in Supply Chain.

      Cons

      There are always opportunities in each Department and it's part of the continual improvement and lessons learned we prepare after each project.
