Pros
I joined LMRE back in 2021, and I was immediately taken aback by not only how lovely and welcoming everyone was, but also how much the company ensured I was supported and comfortable in my new role from day 1.
Over the 3.5 years i was at LMRE, I went from supporting the sales team with CV formatting to working my way up to becoming manager of the marketing department. The opportunity for career progression at LMRE is amazing - your hard work is most definitely rewarded.
No two days are the same at LMRE, but what sets it apart from other companies has to be the people. The team is made up of incredibly talented individuals who are forward-thinking, kind, supportive, and hard-working. The atmosphere each day in the office was always positive, full of collaboration, light-hearted conversation and teamwork.
It really was a pleasure to work at LMRE and I could not recommend them more. I will always be grateful for the opportunity that Richard and Louisa gave me, and can't wait to see what the future has in store.
Cons
As a relatively young company, naturally there is a lot of change and the fast-paced nature of the job can sometimes feel overwhelming. However, the support of the team and the founders makes even the most stressful days bearable.
