Pros

Other property managers are very helpful.

Cons

1. Bonuses are not paid on time and are extremely inconsistent. Quarterly bonuses are delayed for months—one wasn’t paid until May/June. 2. Vendors are routinely not paid, making it nearly impossible to maintain the property or address issues properly. 3. Regional leadership does not listen to operational concerns. When occupancy drops, there is no transparency—community managers are blamed despite being given inadequate resources. 4. Resident experience is not a priority. Residents are charged excessive fees, leadership lacks a clear understanding of how the buildings actually function, yet expects onsite teams to explain and enforce systems they can’t clearly define themselves. 5. Employees are overworked and underpaid. 6. Corporate errors in billing, accounting, and operations are overlooked, but when a community manager makes a mistake, they are publicly shunned and held to a completely different standard.
