Great company with an eye on the future
Pros
The people are great and the team environment here is a real thing. Maybe that's why some don't last and have negative views - you have to be a team player to make it on a successful team! This company has been in business since 1979, day to day operations are now run by second generation family and they continue to grow the business, always looking towards the future. Everyone in management is willing to adapt and grow and don't walk around saying 'this is the only way.' There are a few people working here who have been with the company for over 30 years, some over 20, others 10+. Growth and change can be tough but I'd rather be working at a company of this size that values the long game over short term dollars.
Cons
As I mentioned above, growth and change can be tough so there are certainly periods where the workload gets heavy, but it always balances out.
