Pros

Not applicable, can’t think of a single one.

Cons

Just don’t trust a company who have it in the contract to charge you for leaving within a set amount of time for “training” where there is no course undertaking or certificate to benefit you. Expected to drop everything to work out of hours No flexible working hours, no option for wfh if needed Not understanding

Pros

- The Dog is nice

Cons

- They have tried to sue 4 of 6 employees who left in my time and charged 2 a £600 training fee - They promised salary increases when milestones were hit I never received one when I hit said milestones. - I found the management to be untrustworthy with commission consistently cutting it and the one person who managed to earn a half-decent amount got sacked before he got paid his commission. - For a full year they promised 21 days I logged into Timetastic and received 15 - The male director does very little other then 'pop out to get a coffee' - Their awful BD structure still baffles me when they kept cutting it down for the guy who did any BD for them. - You couldn't book a day off if anyone else had the same day booked off -7% of a deal when placed within a month of you onboarding the client was considered a "Cash Cow" - We were consistently told we were disposable and staff are easily found - Wouldn't pay any of us our notice - Most positive Glassdoor reviews are ones they make you write during your time there.

Pros

Real struggle to find one

Cons

My time at LNJ really baffles me, from the way they argue with their staff, to their unrealistic targets and business development strategies. All of this could be forgiven, if they weren’t so aggressive, with their first port of call being threatening legal action best to avoid

LNJ Recruitment Response

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a Glassdoor review. It seems to be a classic response, given that you left our company to attempt starting your own company together (yes, this involves legal paperwork as it's most definitely a breach). Usually, I'd welcome & take on board constructive feedback. However, given the fact you have copied our website word for word, I guess we're doing something right! (Again, you may want to check this as it's another breach...) We're a happy and successful team and I really hope owning your own business gives you a little insight as to what goes on behind the scenes. I also hope having your own business helps you to be more mature and experienced, as your future managers deserve it (wherever you end up next)! Best of luck with it all. LNJ
