-a lot of exposure to learn -good only for freshers

- dirty politics - no holidays, not on diwali labour day Gandhi jayanti good friday..the only holiday you will get is in Christmas for 2-3 days, there also you would asked to come for 2-3 hours as volunteer - attendance bonus.. this is not the additional amount paid to you, it is included in your salary that they will deduct if you are taking more than 1.75 days holiday in a month.. -lack of proper management, your immediate boss will consider himself as the owner of the company -director of the company uses abusive language without any shame
