1. So many levels of management, it becomes impossible to know what is going on.
2. Processes change every couple of weeks.
3. Outdated tech stack and software
4. Really is a "one man show". Doesn't matter what position your are in, upper management will always find a way to micromanage something and slow the whole thing down.
5. ZERO accountability from management.
6. Grievances and complaints are outright ignored.
7. Too many people in comfortable positions to really effect lasting change. People will talk a lot without actually saying much of anything (upper management)
