      - Very Amazing Colleagues to work with.

      - Bad Computers or needed tools - Very Bad management - Bad strategy for bonus or deduction. - Sometimes you will feel like i'm surrounded by troubles - Very bad HR ! Which totally doesn't have any idea about HR
