Pros
A lot is done to give employees the software tools they need to shorten sales cycles. Administrative tasks are reduced to a minimum. They are very open to introducing new tools and don't stand in the way. You are free to try new things to drive the companies success to the max. No one is standing behind you to be controlling, nor micro manage you. Its a great lvl of trust within the company on your abilities. Your knowlege is embraced to the fullest extend. There is always an open ear for ideas and changes around the product. Its a very open and inclusive culture. Everyone is super welcoming and the office is on a very professional lvl with all the equipment you need on every work station. Benefits are obviously out of this World!
Cons
The operating systems selection is quite limited. You simply receive a Dell Laptop with windows system and cannot choose a Mac if thats your system to trust in or you are used to. This is the only room to improvement which I could filter out so far regarding the operating system.
