This company does not and will not care about you or well being. Whatever you share will be used against you. The boss is rude and condescending. Your mental and physical health will definitely suffer. No OT pay on top of the heavy workload and long working hours, definitely no work life balance. In addition, the boss leaves ‘5-star reviews’ here to counter the low reviews given to him by employees like me who is describing the actual working experience here. Do not be fooled by the ‘positive reviews’ left here. It is a desperate attempt to woo potential employees by the boss itself. Do not apply here. No pay is worth the fatigue and insults you will be receiving. There is a reason why there is a high turnover here and employees leaving within a month or 6 months. If it is possible to even give a 0 rate, would do so.
