      Pros

      Great work environment with great coworkers. Fun place to be with excellent diversity and inclusion.

      Cons

      Weekend and shift schedule, can be difficult to take time off. Not very challenging work.

      Pros

      I have found everybody I have talked to as very enjoyable. From day one, it's clear that the company have a safety and quality rooted focus. The work environment is positive, with a true sense of pride. Leadership is accessible regularly through daily tier meetings. Input is welcomed and questions are encouraged. Long-standing history even though it's a start up.

      None that I can think of.
