      Pros

      The only good thing is you get exposure to private equity and the pay is competitive for the Sacramento area.

      Cons

      Very unprofessional senior management and staffing. Extreme micro management. They punish you for missing the tiniest details. It is clearly not the place that allows for growth or innovation. Just get your "experience" and bail.

      Pros

      Really nice group of people who give analysts and associates the opportunity to take on more work as they prove themselves. Very friendly atmosphere and definitely would recommend to a friend.

      Cons

      There really were not any that stuck out too me. It is a great place to start out when you are just graduating from a university.
