Pros
Everyone can have an input - the benefit of working for a small company. Punches above its weight, some very large projects. Consistent growth, apart from the pandemic, even then it has seen decent sales compared to most companies. Interesting projects, most Rail orientated but other industries too.
Cons
Does not always have the required resource to fulfil the demand which can mean that there is not always the time you would like to complete tasks.
