      Pros

      Flexible work arrangements with more focus on outputs rather than clocking on 9 to 5. Great use of technology to connect global teams together both professionally and socially. Supportive staff are always willing to help. Plenty of investment on staff development to stay on the edge of the technology curve.

      Cons

      A global company that is as spread as it is means time zones can slow things down as you wait for a response from different regions. Lots of disjointed internal systems can take a while to work out.

      Pros

      Head office located in Iceland with nice support staff but unfortunately disconnected from the North American expectations of high paced turnarounds.

      Cons

      No leadership, unclear expectations, employees treated as numbers, no communication, no onboarding and training. You're basically left on your own to figure things out.

      Pros

      This company is a great place and helps you to build the tools you need to be successful in software engineering or project management. There are a lot of teams within the company and while it can be difficult to learn who to reach out to everyone is very welcoming and will help point you in the right direction. Your opinion matters no matter what level you are at, meaning you can help the company grow a certain way and feel valued along the way.

      Cons

      Takes time to learn the software solutions offered. The software is very extensive and therefore takes a good amount of time to learn and be an expert in it.
