Pros
If you're looking for your first ever job/don't want to work that hard/have low self worth, then this MIGHT be an option
Cons
crap location, half the staff are on a pedestal and the rest are treated awfully, makes millions of pounds a month but intentionally underpay their staff, backwards processes, family members are in senior management and have inflated sense of self worth, head of customer service is on a powertrip

Good for work experience if you are looking for your first job. Its a good first stage before you move on to other comapnies. Easy going environment.
Cons
Privileges for the family members and friends of the company's directors are ridiculous. It can get really boring, lack of motivation
