Pros
Good job if you like to constantly learn new things; never boring.
Cons
Low pay and minimal benefits compared to industry norms, little room to advance, poor management after the original owner (who was great) retired and sold the company in 2017. I believe they went out of business in 2020 due to the new owners' incompetence (BR International).
