Good product, poor management

Pros

This is an exciting product developed for new regulations regarding serialization in the pharma industy.

Cons

CEO/Founder churns through employees at the rate of 1-2 per month. Hires qualified people for departments but never lets them handle any responsibility. Typical founder issue, they think they can do everything and don't need anybody. That is the downfall of almost 95% of start-up companies...great ideas, poor management.

From bad to worse

Pros

There are good, intelligent people doing their best to keep things running through unending chaos from the top.

Cons

Go read the Glassdoor review posted Feb 27, 2018 and know that the problem has only gotten exponentially worse. I cannot stress enough how deeply dysfunctional and toxic it is: chaos + terrible communication + extreme micromanagement.

Pros

Truly no positives worth mentioning other than I met a few good people here.

Cons

I wanted to like this place, i really did. But the truth is that this place is extremely toxic and very poorly run. The review on February 24, 2025 was written by sales leadership. In my time spent at the company I witnessed people quit after their first day, first week, or first month here on multiple occasions. There are many reasons for this, of which I will attempt to capture in this review. This company has no moral compass whatsoever and the lack of ethics and lack of just doing right by customers that was displayed multiple times while I worked here is appalling. People either conform to this or they leave. I witnessed customers being overcharged and the CEO stating “it’s not that much so we aren’t going to send it back” Very greedy. Leadership treats people like children, micromanaging their every move. Someone needs to make the CEO step down or this place will never thrive. Micromanages and wants to overcharge customers for every little thing. Look at the other reviews that mention the CEO , they’re all still true. There is zero flexibility here or any work life balance. To them, it doesn’t matter how productive you are or how well you perform, if you are not sitting there for 12 hours a day then you’re a villain. What I mean by this? You could accomplish in 4 hours what it takes an inefficient worker 12 hours to do and they will be praised for sitting there for 12 hours while you are villainized for getting things done in a productive short amount of time. They require you to come to their toxic office every day so that the sales leadership can micromanage you, belittle you, curse at you and treat you like you’re inferior and incompetent all while providing zero guidance or support despite the countless requests from employees. There are people in leadership positions who possess zero leadership qualities and are only in the positions they are in because they made nice and conformed to the toxicity that suffocates this place. Good luck getting an earned promotion or an earned raise. The only people who get a promotion or a raise are people that kiss the butts of the right people or that complain/threaten to leave. Absolutely zero cohesiveness across the departments. R&D, Sales, Support, Accounting, none of these different groups are in alignment with each other. Additionally, “people that are frustrated by change” mentioned in the fake review are only frustrated because the poor leadership routinely would make knee jerk changes that are not productive and do not add value and often promote the toxicity. They did not make changes based on sound judgement or the full picture - ever - when I worked here. Lastly, Someone I am still in contact with here said they have a beer fridge now - leadership is very tone deaf and they do not realize this is not what people want or what will improve the company culture. Simply put, this is a place you want to swipe left on. This place will break you down mentally and emotionally and make you question your self worth. I encourage you to heed the warning.
