      - Free coffee in the office that can be a pro.

      Cons

      - Physical cheques for the pay, scan it and deposit it. lol - Pay cheques will definitely have discrepancies always. You will not be paid for the hours you worked extra even though you will inform them well in advance before the pay cycle. Keep on reminding them.

      Lots of genuine nice people apart of this team. Also several opportunities to advance and gain experience.

      Cons

      Long hours which is not really a con but can be tiring.
