      Pros

      Working in the company provided ample opportunities for growth and learning. I benefited from exposure to new technologies and architecture patterns, with supportive teammates and access to in-house training sessions.

      Cons

      Despite performing well, the absence of a raise was a significant drawback. This lack of recognition for my contributions left me feeling undervalued and impacted my overall satisfaction with the job.raise

      Pros

      The pay is good, they give a lot of freedom if you have an idea. It's perfect if you don't want to overwork yourself, but also gives good oppurtunities

      Cons

      The politics in management are visible and not looking well. The comp is good but not very top. Tech stack is not very mature, excel is the base tool.
