Pros
COULD be great but it is horrible. Staff turnover is ridiculous for such a small team.
Cons
Toxic environment The director watches your every move and speaks to not only staff like rubbish but also customers. Don't even consider being less than 5 mins early or how dare you leave on time. Your moods will get monitored and you will be threatened by the director asking such questions as "do you want me to raise my voice at you".. he calls his staff boring and knocks them down constantly.
