Really nice people to work with. Lots of professional development, support, and educational resources. The students are great and the staff does their best to set you up for success.
Cons
The hourly pay for admin work/prep time versus teaching is almost cut in half. Your work schedule can tend to be scattered which wastes a lot of your time that is unpaid but I suppose that's mostly the nature of being a tutor.
