Pros

The other employees, until they were all fired to make way for the new manager's Puerto Rican posse.

Cons

Where to begin? The owner's of the real estate and lending divisions are using the title company to feed their family steak and lobster from the hotel every night, but do not give them any credit, or nearly enough money. The real owner, his mother, is having her name dragged through the mud, her reputation runied, and possible putting her is jail for their unethical and illegal business practices. I worked there for 2 years, and had 7 different people brought in to "manage" the title company. All we needed was someone to help with the work!!! Not someone, who had never worked in title, to place more rules and procedures onto our already full plate. The new manager is a real estate agent herself, and drives business to help her swindle the selling agents' on her transactions. The family's name may be on the local football field, but it has left a bad taste in the mouths of the residents of Celebration. Can you imagine raising your children to demand free stuff from the businesses around town because "my name is on the football field?" They can, and they do. This family is the true definition of rich gold diggers.
