My coworkers are friendly and helpful. The company is always looking to improve their equipment and processes and stays up on current trends in printing. Vacation and sick time is available and fair. They offer a lot of choices for health insurance and you can put money into a 401K.

Cons

I would love it if they contributed to the 401K plan and if they paid more towards the health insurance.

Stable work, Overtime is Encourage. Great place to work.

Cons

The only downside would be in the summer because of the machines it tends to get pretty hot.
