      - Flexible working hours - Highly competitive salaries, especially for young engineers - Participation in cutting-edge R&D projects in Manufacturing - High potential for publications

      Cons

      - Very high workload & big pressure The only problem is that sometimes there is a need to work more hours due to increased workload. However, all extra hours are compensated, I would say fairly enough.
