Pros

Very caring company. Not required to give sick time in Portland because of the low number of employees, but added it anyway when a week-long hospital stint left me unable to pay rent.

Cons

While most of the schedule is condensed to 3/4 days over the weekend, the assistant manager still has to answer calls and emails twice a day every other day of the week.

Pros

The work isn't difficult but is challenging. I was unhappy with my office job and went searching for something I would enjoy getting up for. I am always on my toes and doing several different things at any given time. Being able to interact with customers in a fun way is great, everyone leaves smiling. Any monotony is soon changed around. I get a chance to be creative and analytical. Its an outside the box job. And we do team activities.

Cons

Sometimes things change on the fly and the word doesn't get around fast so communication could be better. Customers can be a bit of a grind too.
