Pros
At Laced, there is always plenty of work to do, which makes days go by quickly. Lacy has assembled a wonderful team that work well together and aren't afraid to help out other departments as needed. Lacy is very creative and brings a of wealth of industry knowledge. They company has great management and should continue to see excellent growth.
Cons
The team is currently small, so everyone wears a lot of hats. This can make it hard to keep up with everything on your priority list, but the team is great about helping each other out to stay on track.
