      Toxic culture that management is aware of and chooses to do nothing about. It's true, make sure you go to the right church and have the right last name.

      Leadership. Epitome of say all the right things, but do the nothing. On the surface, appear great, dig deeper, void. Skill set is determined by your last name and how you are connected.
