This company exhibits positive aspects, including the recent addition of new executives and a strategic approach to gradually phasing out team members not suited for mental health roles within this hospital. The implementation of updated policies and procedures reflects a commitment to enhancing operational efficiency. The newly appointed CEO demonstrates a genuine passion for her role, potentially bringing a revitalizing influence to the hospital environment.
Cons
The onboarding process raises concerns regarding its alignment with either hospital or Acadia standards.( Im not sure who implements the process) As a new employee, the experience appeared disorganized, marked by a notable deficiency in communication throughout the entirety of the procedure. While our crew made it through the process, there exists considerable opportunity for improvement. (Even though the process was a bit disorganized, the HR manager was very nice!)
