      Can't think of anything that is a positive at this place

      The three business men that own this company do not treat their employees with respect. They have a high turn over rate because they aren't exactly sure what they are doing.

      Pros

      Salary is fair, when things are going good it is a nice place to work.

      Cons

      Highest levels of management keep making budget mistakes and expect the lower level managers to overcome or cover up the mistakes. Set budgets before they have engineering or know the complete scope of the project.
