The company cares about students and educational wise, students can achieve greatness. It offers good course paths to reach college with above normal knowledge and skills.
Cons
The work life balance is horrible, if not non existent. Administrators act like high school children with gossip been their daily goal. Hypocrites reign the halls of the school. Long time employees have bad behaviors that get condoned in the name of not losing a teacher. Rules are just a paper stamp not enforced. Racism is a norm for staff and students.
