-The view -Office interior -Connections -Convenient parking
Cons
-Senior management is awful, no communication and no management skills. it's as if they are entirely separate from every other worker or team. Plus they talk in circles and only give direct responses if they're screaming at you. -No office culture, no community. People go in their office and hide. If any communication besides client, it's all small talk -Huge turnover

- great location, ocean views from most offices - co-workers are very nice - collaborative environment
Cons
- upper management is terrible. poor time management, and they often shift blame onto others to cover for their mistakes. - upper management has absolutely no respect for other employees. - employees are extremely over-worked. 8am-midnight or 3am on a regular basis, for some.
