Hi Guys, I am sharing my genuine experiences of this organization, it's good if you consider and if you don't consider these then think you will lost everything in your life. I joined to this organization with descent number of experience and I was from big MNC and I was expecting least as this is non MNC. It started from day one. 1) While joining the organization general expectation is to get a new/any laptop from the joining company/organization, which should perform better but guess what they do??? They tell you to use your own laptop/any device to login for few days and later the days passes on, you will forget to ask the device and they get their job done by your own device. If you say your productivity is getting delayed because of your device performance the manager won't agree to you as you have given written agreement that you will be working on your own device and give their product with stable versions(Isn't it funny?? Have you got this type of environment in your previous org? if yes then JOIN else DON'T) 2) While joining to this organization PLEASE READ ALL THE DOCUMENTS CAREFULLY .. 3) There is another trick for new joiners in this organization, if there is any policy change or any related to salary revise. **Be careful** First you will get personal call from your manager, where he/she speak very politely and gives confidence of giving back of the arrears of the revised salary/others. Once you're convinced by the manager, HR person who took care of your onboarding will call you personally after sometime regarding the same topic with the same flow of your manager. And gives same confidence as your manager gave and requests to acknowledge letter/email. Being professional you respect their words and acknowledge immediately and they make you to feel like acknowledging :D. after few days/months/years you will get back to your manager and when you try to talk about the arrears, their response would be like who're you and when we spoke about that? I don't know on what topic you're talking about? Please talk to HR.. Will be conveyed to you 😅 and when you go to HR on the same topic, they will respond like you have acknowledged to the policy and it is clear that you have agreed and never given back any arrears/others. 4) You will receive an email saying that if you have any problem/any faults in your personal device please make a note of it and mention in the Excel and send it through your leaders, you will feel that "something is getting better now" but once you send all the details, you will keep on waiting for passed train in the Railway station which never comes back 😂 5) Manager/lead will always be behind you to increase your productivity but when you speak about your device performance is not good and office system which is always hangs out(They have desktops in office with hardly 4-8GB of ram and 100-256GB of hard disk space(which is not SSD), now think of the office system performance) as well, they try to bang you like please don't talk about all those things, it's your responsibility to achieve given numbers… without infrastructure nobody can be soo productive, you will be struggling every day to resolve the system performance. 6) Last but not least, when you resign the organization you will receive an relieving guidelines rules email where you will see world's unknown wonder points over there. Nowhere you will be heard these points but you should know before you join. a. You should provide your future company's offer letter to them, if not your future company's background verification will be affected. b. You have to give Affidavit mentioning "which is your future company?" If you fail to do that you will not be given Relieving/Experience letter and background verification will be affected(You need to spend on that too). c. And returning back their devices.. Wait.. What??? Which device bro? you haven't received any device from the org but still it will be mentioned and due to that your last month salary will on hold for 45 days… i.e., they will return your salary in Full and Final settlement, it will be done on exactly on 45th day or later.. 😂 d. ***Main point*** You will get relieving/experience letters after 45days of your relieving, when you question on this why? They respond like they maintain the MNC standards, BOSS even I worked for MNC before I received on the day or immediate next day and most of the orgs it's the same I guess(Pardon me if I am wrong). *** GOOD LUCK TO YOUR FUTURE*** **ALL THE BEST** *DO THE BEST*

Pros

They conduct regular yoga for 10 minutes which is the best thing about the company.

Cons

I have only one word i.e Pathetic. I have worked in this company for more than 1.5 years. Being a North Indian, I have faced Racism in this organization, there was one guy who asked me "Why do you guys(North Indians) come here ? I was so shocked to hear such question in a professional environment that too in a cosmopolitan city like Bangalore. I was working in a team of 18-20 members and I was the only person from North India. One of my colleague told me that "They usually hire South Indians only in this team". First six months were horrible here, we used to work on a vast application and they do not provide proper training, that is the primary reason most of the people who joins here quits the company within 6 months. They would ask you to extend your shifts regularly, there were few people who works 10-12 hrs here because of them management asks you to do the same. People aren't professional here, they use the term "Shut up" and all with their co-workers. Overall the environment is very toxic here for anyone who is looking for peace of mind. There is no work life balance here. Increment is also very poor here. I had a very uncomfortable relationship with my manager she was not an easy to approach person and usually team mates are scared to talk to her. If she doesn't like anything about you she would insult you in front of all the team members which is very embarrassing. I would highly suggest not to join or work with this company, I had a terrible experience here and would not want anyone to have the same.

Pros

Vision of founder to build ARMS kind of software for airlines is unique and addresses many practical issue of data silos faces by airlines by having different software systems for each business functions

Cons

People like vinayak Rao who calls himself CTO screwed the whole company finances by initiating unnecessary expenditure in additional staff at 2-3 times salary, contract employees, outsourcing work that can be done internally, recruitment of incompetent employees, fooling around the company CEO that he is the only guy who can develop new version of ARMS using new technologies. He is such a CTO who is so unsecured that he holds the source code in his laptop and doesn't store in central devops repository. Such a CTO who can't trust , respect any one in the org. He was fooling around CEO that new version development is completed without knowing the product requirement. With such a CTO this company can never develop any new products. Disappointing that CEO has blindly trusted such a CTO.
