Pros

Free parking but lots are first come first serve, most colleagues are friendly

Cons

Supervisor is a toxic micromanager. She expects you to work overtime unlimitedly as she has no problem of doing that on her own. She also often pushes the blame to her subordinates, does not care if you are overworked and will set a certain deadline early for her own benefit.

No Pay raised since after confirmation till date which is "5 years" No over time pay or off in lieu when work on weekends, even if you salary below 2.7k
