      I have been with the company for about 2 months. I have really enjoyed the open lines of communications with anybody in the company. Everyone that I have talked to has been collaboratives and friendly. The company's goals are something I am excited to work towards. I think the future at Lancium is bright.

      We are a young company so the normal growing pangs of being a startup.
