Pros

There are opportunities to grow with the company if you can hang in there.

Cons

Leadership does not lead at the branch manager level. I was told to coach my crew members but had no one to coach me. Management was focused on sales numbers and did not care about crew members or team members. While I was there, 5 supervisors with tenure left the company because the could not get a $0.50 raise. Most everything is learn on the job. It seems like a great opportunity during recruitment. Not only I, but two other managers were recruited to the Texoma Region. The recruitment was wonderful, until we started working; no promises were fulfilled, the culture was not as described. I do not think it is fair to recruit young professionals straight out of college, get them to move cities and not coach, support or development them. It was an every man for them-self culture.

Pros

My first 2 weeks I worked 12 to 14 hours a day. 7 day week the first week then a 6 day week the second week. Never had an issue with getting hours.

Cons

It's mid September and the grass has all but stopped completely. Need rain. As I'm begging to get over 40 hours there are guys still getting 60 hour weeks. Other than that the management is great and will work with you on any issues you may have and work how management should except for the favoritism.

Pros

- The company offers solid benefits and support for employees. - Some team members are genuinely great to work with.

Cons

- Lack of transparency from upper management (Payroll). - Inconsistent communication and expectations (every week she would tell me how good I was doing and one day she literally said "I don't think you're meeting the expectations; this is your last day". - Limited job security, employees can be let go without much warning or clear reasoning. - Management plays favorites, leading to an unfair work environment. - Unprofessional behavior like gossiping and whispering in front of employees, creating a toxic and immature atmosphere. - Decisions seemed to be made based on personal relationships rather than merit.
