The company does not care about its employees. The software that they develop is good in theory however doesn't work the way it is suppose to. They deploy software to clients that have not been thoroughly tested. The employee turn over rate is very high.

Pay is way below industry standard even for an entry level spot. The QC team is fairly inconsistent in guidance. The initial training regiment could be shortened significantly and made more practical to the tasks that will eventually be worked on. The software used is largely proprietary so there won't be a lot of knowledge and skills that can be transferred elsewhere in your career and there's not a ton of opportunity to move up within. Too much focus is placed on minor things and not enough and some of the bigger issues. Workplace is fairly dry and quiet like a library. Obviously work should be your priority on the office, but the culture seemed tough on breaks and conversation that help sustain a 9 hour work day with more quality as opposed to steady declines from tired analysts.
