      Money hungry CEO Constant scope changes Difficult to work with Account Managers, GMs, and VPs Unclear hierarchy Understaffed Underpaid New “stock” option is open to employees of attained companies but not employees under five years Has no formal training Employees are given PTO but has to use them for holidays even when the office is closed Management is unavailable 98% of the time

      Full calendar for landscaping, Focus on Irrigation and planting. Deep corporate pockets for buying new branches.

      Super reluctant to give out raises. Poor to none in regards to training. Hiring anyone with a pulse Drives off any good management Not competitive with wages Hires immigrants the can pay close to minimum wage Gives old broken machines and trucks to under supplied staff Doesnt believe in preventative maintenance Does not honor promises Company will run itself into the ground in short order
